Help with interior cleaning.

Is it necessary to seal all interior tile and grout after cleaning. These pics are from a commercial building I want to clean. The small tiles ate a restroom and the large are main office. I want to do interiors when I start and is just getting info now. I wish I was able to attend Florida, that would have helped. Are there any good educational videos?

I've never sealed the grout after a cleaning. I could imagine that being a service to offer, but if they intend to have the floors cleaned on a schedule it shouldn't be needed...
If you can sell it, it may have it's benefits. I just don't know if it's truly worth the cost to the customer!

Thank You that's what I needed to know

Sealing the grout is a great idea for the longevity of stain and waterproofing it. This knowledge is coming from a man who lays tile for a living(or on the side of his living) but basically you can do it very quickly, it even comes in spray bottles similar to a windex bottle. You can spray it on and let it set then when they mop later in the week, it will mop right off.
