Heres some picture of our job today. 7000sqft of roof space. We also did her patios front and back, pool deck, house wash, and columns for her security gate. She had it done a few years ago, but they pressure washed it and had to walk on it, and broke a bunch of tiles.

Looks great Scott. Did you do it off a lift, ladder or walk it?

He rolled out the new trailer, and the bandit. I bet he shot that from the ladder.:)

Your a smart feller Mr. Bunn :). Mostly from the ladder, some from the ground. We dont walk tile roofs, even low pitched ones. To much hassle to replace the tiles if some get broken. And the bandit is Awesome. At first I was kind of dissapointed because with the 30's it "mists" to quickly to rach really really far. But now that Ive been using it, it misting covers more area at a much further distance. That coupled with the higher GPM than the delevan, we did this 7000sqft roof, in about 3-4 hours.

hey scott

nice job, it looks real good!

this might be a silly quesiton, but did you do the whole job with the bandit - I mean, pool deck and patios aswell? was it a whole day job?

another question, how are you liking the bandit? I am considering getting one, I can see it being a real moneymaker!!

cheers:D

Thanks Steve!

I looked back at my post and I said "we did her patios..". We are doing those tomorrow actually. But yes, we will do it with the bandit simply because the GPM are great and we can cover a large area quickly. She specifically picked us because she didnt want her patios/pool deck to be pressure washed, only chemical treatment with low pressure.

As for liking the bandit...we love it. The one thing this customer did not want was us walking all over her roof. Even on a still, no wind day, the delevan wouldn't even come close to htting the peaks. Today was about 10-20 MPH winds, and the bandit didnt even break a sweat. I def. recommend it. The only downside to it is it is gas powered, and is a pain to have to walk/run over and start /stop it.

Speaking of that, does anyone know how long the Badit can run without plling the trigger and without damaging the pump/motor? I am so nervous of leaving it running while moving ladders, mixing sauce, etc...

If the Bandit has a bypass, you should have nothing to worry about...letting it run while you work.

Glad you like the Bandit.

Get a set of 40 orifice 0, 15, 25 degree nozzles and give them a try or at least the 0 and 15 degree. That is what I mostly use.

I have let my Bandit run for 10-20 minutes before pulling the trigger but do not let that become a habit as the bypass is only so long and it will eventually heat up and the hose will swell, I know because it happened to me. I cut out the swelled part just to be safe on the next run.

That roof looks great.

I told you it is a great machine.

Always rinse your nozzles after you are done or let them soak in water for a few minutes when done for the day then spray them with some lube so they will not rust out too quick.

I should have mentioned that the bypass goes back into the suction of the pump, not back to a tank so it will heat up eventually.

It will shoot far on a windy day but further without any wind, shure beats using a Delavan.

:) I always used MY bypass on my tanks.
easy for me to say because I am a roof cleaner, not a power washer.
My tanks are for one thing only, cleaning roofs.
Bypassing back to the tank provides a degree of agitation.
We used to actually START our pumps on the way TO Jobs, like a funkin cement mixer
Mix as ya drive :)
