how long for you to do this ?????

mullins house 008.jpgmullins house 009.JPGmullins house 011.jpgmullins house 012.jpg Ok here we go. along with using One restore to clean all the brick and replacing one bundle of shingles. how long would it take some of you to clean the brick , chimney included, replace a bundle of shingles and strip wash and brighten the shingles on a home this size. I think with two men I can do it in 13 hours. how about you and your guy?? interested to here whats up with others. oops bottom bench picture isn't included!!!!!!!!!!! sorry also painted brick in second picture isn't included. sorry again

I would guess 1 day cleaning 1 day repair. You made good time...Looks great nice work.
c-mon Paul Im fishing for times here. I haven't even quoted it yet, but we aint that far off, only three hours ( or three hundred dollars :( . anyone else ???
 
Where are the new shingles? Where must you dispose of the old? Nothing like a trip to the supply store & dumpster to ruin a morning. What if there is damage to underlay?
 
Save some shingles and make a before and after shingle board wall?

I don't do repairs or clean bricks but to clean the shingles 3-4 hrs 6-7 to stain.
 
The Before/After is a great idea.
