Would be easier to make the cleaner side dirty. Really though, oxalic may tie it together some. Just looks like traffic stains. I mean you can see the reflection of the trash can in the first picture. I'd say it's been cleaned about the best it can be. Changing the color of the concrete would be the next option, that;s why I suggested the oxalic.

F9 Might do it too. There may be some grease still present, but the concrete is also discolored so the F9 would brighten it. The GM is being generous by bringing it up instead of just trying another contractor. My EBC is probably on it's way. :)

Cantol's NONCORR is a non-corrosive, non-fuming, biodegradable cleaner containing a low pH organic salt that acts like an acid but without the safety concerns found in traditional acid cleaners. And might even out the appearance.

It almost looks like there is rust there.

I would wash it with hot water and degreaser and then try the BARC.

Sorry alll, but it looks like rust to me, if it is, F9 BARC from Craig will be the ticket to clean concrete.

I'd do a degrease followed by a hot water pressure wash. Anything orange left over can be hit with F9 BARC, the World's Best Rust Remover.

Craig You forgot to add the hyperlink in your post, lol j/k Great Product and if they are wanting to get rid of the orange then try the F9 BARC. But just to make sure everyone understands this is a old post from

I don't do this place anymore, someone come in an cut my price in half and I already use the Craig products. F9 is some good stuff
