Gutter Zap / Power House

Gutter Zap and Power House will both clean the black streaks off of gutters without brushing! The key on either product is to NOT pre-wet, and then once applied, watch for the streaks to run. That usually takes about 30 seconds to two minutes. When they start running, that's the time to rinse. Otherwise they seem to dry back in place and you sort of have to start over. Of course both products work extreemly well if brushing.

Russ I was curious, how do you apply and and at what ratio for no brush gutter cleaning?

Most times downstreaming (1:25 or so) the BD200 will clean all but the worst stains. For really bad ones, 1:10 works well. I offer free 1 gallon samples of my products, you just pay for shipping.
