Initial price vs the cost of ownership

This was an interesting post. The infux of carbon fiber poles now in the market suggest to me that a war of sorts is on the horizon. Prices on these poles are going to be dropping as each supplier jockeys for market domination. This means cleaners will have to weigh factors other than price if they want ot make wise purchases. Think about who you are buying from - how is customer support? What about the pole itself - does it have any kind of warranty and what kind of warranty is it? How versatile is that pole?
If you are thinking about a carbon fiber pole the worst choice you can make is one driven by a fad or popularity contest. Don't let the crowd make your decision for you or it could be one you regret later.
