Interior Cleaning Chattanooga TN

Here is some Interior Cleaning Chattanooga TN. This is with a 12" Sirocco surface cleaner and Sirocco Vaccumn. We chose the 12" surface cleaner because of the tight spaces in restrooms. The problem that this customer was having is that the tile is very pitted and everytime they clean the dirt settles back in the pitted areas. With these Sirocco tools it doesn't have a chance to settle back down in the tile. Also this is done with no heat. We used Spray Power by Crown 5.88 a gallon. One gallon in cut 4 to 1 apply with pump sprayer. They actually used to much on this one as it only need to be sprayed lightly.

That interior floor cleaning picture sure shows a huge difference!

How good was the vacuum surface cleaner picking up the water? 95% more or less?

I agree, lots of places it is just easier to use the smaller surface cleaners and it is not like it takes a lot longer to do, just easier and you can get under more obstacles with the smaller vacuum surface cleaners.

Did you get to do the whole facility or just the restrooms? I would hope they give you a lot more work after seeing the huge difference.

Is this a one time cleaning or will it turn into regular cleanings?

Great job!

It was actually a little better than 95% I would say. Once you stop putting down water it is just damp and dries quickly. Yes Chis we also did the sidewalks and got a contract for twice a month on sidewalks and once a month for restrooms. We also do the walls qtrly which is triple the money since there is more wall space. All total it over 20k a year that getting up there in Ron and DJ numbers. LOL

Great info Phil on the interior floor cleaning, Congratulations!

Phil, you are far too humble lol.

Great job Phil, I learned more from this post then from some guy who charged me $900 for a weekend seminar.

Chad you want to do some of the Murphy's again say Knoxville up to VA and up 75 to the ones in KY you did last year?

Sure. I'll give u a call later today if you see this in time.

Thanks for the input Phil !
I'm still thinking between 12'' and 21'' unit ...I understand the benefit of smaller one...Would you pick 12'' over 21'' again?
My 28'' Hydro Twister will need new swivel and spinning bar so I'm thinking to go either with bigger one (21") or fix the old SC and get smaller vacuum SC...
I have an engine driven vacuum SGV-3/13HP reclaim system so it shouldn't be a problem. Do you have a lot of clogging in a filter when you doing kitchen floors?
Thanks

Did you have trouble with the suds in the reclaim tanks? Looked like a lot of soap, I know if there is to much soap in ours it's not a good thing
