Does anyone know which forums still allow Jim Gamble to post?

I recently became aware that 3 months ago Jim made libelous statements regarding my son Chris' business. These statements have been allowed on Griff's Services youtube channel which has 151 views from links to various forums. I responded to Nigel's posts, but didn't even pay any attention to Jims. It was only a couple a weeks ago when Nigel put up another similar video that I saw what Jim had written.

Here is the screenshot of the statement. Again, it is completely and utterly false and all of you are free to peruse all my and Chris' videos to verify that. He has only made one video that even had a drivethru in it at all and it depicted a DEMO of cleaning a 6 ft CURB section of coffee spills at a STARBUCKS.

I am posting here to ask you for help in determining where this video has been linked. My counsel has advised that nothing short of a full retraction at every forum where this has been linked and an apology to my son will result in an acceptable outcome to this situation.

Deception and double talk like this is par for the course in the back room phone calls between these type of guys, but rarely does it make it to the public forum for everyone to see the lies.

TGS, PWN, PWC, Cleaning Talk are the ones I have seen him post on. Saw him post just last week about the meeting they are having in Vegas in March. Unfortunately I don't think you will be able to attend Tony as you can see it is by invite only and pretty sure if anyone disagrees with them they are not going to invite them.

Good Luck on finding the links, that is terrible that he would post something like that, although not surprising.

He posts on the Delco Forum, too. In my opinion, he is a petty, insecure little fat man that thinks that no one deserves to be successful besides him, and his croney's.

Scott, can you guys check and see which forums this video has been linked to. I'm pretty sure it's on facebook too.

These remarks are forwarded to the email of the channel host (Nigel) immediately so there's no question Nigel knew that Jim made claims that we were breaking the law and that I am "afraid of being fined" and a "polluter".

According to what I'm told both will be liable if it is not removed and a public retraction made immediately.

If this is the kind of accusations and reckless slander that is being offered openly on the net, I can only imagine the damage Jim, Robert, the PWNA and Jim Cooney have done to my son's reputation with officials when they were here in Las Vegas.

Chris wondered why he hadn't been called back on the city streets since they were here. That's over $16,000 per year for semi-annual cleaning for that one account alone!

I, nor Chris have NEVER broken any environmental laws. We have always enjoyed a good working relationship with our local authorities. I hope their interference doesn't start a snowball effect of contractors having to go out of business like they did in Houston when their agenda was spread all over Texas.

It's slander like this that takes food from our families.

Ty, I don't do any cosmetic cleaning at all. My company only cleans air filters and HVAC units.

My son, Chris, does the same thing you do right here in Las Vegas and has been for the past 3 years. He is 25 years old.

+1,000,000 I couldn't have said it better myself Scott.
 
This would be bad enough if it were just Jim Gamble/Contractor.

But Jim's word regarding environmental issues holds the full force of a national powerwashing organization as the Western Environmental Co-chair of the PWNA.

If Jim hadn't tried to add credibility to his claim by making this lie so specific I would have had a hard time combating the lie even though I knew we hadn't broken any laws. It would be my word against the word of the representative of an entire org.

But this time there are no back room phone calls and insinuations. It is a flat out lie and an accusation by an official of the organization that purports to present our interests in "One Voice".

Apparently that voice has been handed over to Jim and it says "If you are not one of us, we will lie and hold events in your jurisdiction and do whatever it takes to put you out of business".

The slander still remains on Nigel's youtube channel today.
 
They have had ample time to respond to this and have done nothing.

Today we informed Youtube of the libelous statement.

I have communications letting me know that Jim and the PWNA are aware of the situation yet refused to have it removed.

What will the PWNA do to you if you don't fall in line with their beliefs?
