Limonene

Good afternoon, all.

Over the years, we have specialized in industrial pressure washing / cleaning and flat work. We have not had the occasion to wash many houses or to do much vertical / wall work. And when we do, we typically use bleach or Monster House Wash. However, we have landed a couple of higher profile residential jobs and I want to do a more professional job than a simple splash and dash method.

I have been reviewing this website and would like to thank you all for your comments on chemicals and washing recipes.

Anyone used Limonene from EnviroSpec as a house wash? Is it comparable to F-13 Gutter Bomb and Simple Cherry? What are/were your thoughts? Did you have any trouble with window streaking?

Any other ideas would be helpful as well.

Thanks for the feedback.

I use Limonene and Simple Cherry and they both do a very good job. For me, F-13 is only used on gutters (and other aluminum surfaces) to brush off the oxidation. As long as you don't let either detergent dry on the window and you rinse well, I have not had a problem with streaking. I recommend either one but currently use Simple Cherry a bit more! Hope this helps.
