loss of pressure

I have a one month old hydro tek cps 30005vh. It has 125 hrs on it now and since last week the pressure had died down quite a bit. Inlet filter is clean, it has a brand new gun and clean nozzle. There are no visible leaks from the water tank to the machine. The weird thing is that every now and again the pressure surges back up to normal. The water coming out of the gun is still smooth. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Can you set it up for a garden hose feed? Pressure feed it and see if the problem persists. That'll tell you if it's a suction problem or if it's in the pump or unloader.

I hooked the machine straight to a water line and the problem is the same. Do you think it could be an unloader already?

No vibration in the line? even pressure for the most part? I would check your belts make sure they are tight (re tension them). If they are all shiny and hard replace them and it may correct your problem. Belts will stretch and need to be adjusted occasionally seems like you are at about the time for that with a newer machine.

Thanks, belts seemed fine. I threw a new unloader on it and that seemed to do the trick. Thanks
