Lots to read there. And after skimming just a few pages I'd have to say my local government needs to get a copy of this and look over it real hard.

Ron - as I said on the phone not a lot of drainage other than directly to the stormwater conveyance system (or ditches as we call them down here. hahaha)
The big thing is they just don't have BMPs and as a result they don't seem to currently enforce the law at all. You can get a business lic. in a week and could start washing cars with a path leading straight to a ditch and if the price were cheap I'd bet money there would be county owned vehicles in the line to get washed. They just aren't very educated on the issue and the impact it has.
Anyway, I looked forward to meeting you on the 26th.
