I've cleaned a few and never had any issues. Many times you can just clean them with your house wash mix. Probably depends on the type of metal or paint but the ones I have done have been pretty easy. BE CAREFUL with run off, there are no gutters and run off will be real bad. As far as pricing goes, don't like to give prices. Every market is different and everyone's overhead is different, but it's just like pricing everything else you do. Figure out how long it will take times how much you want to make per hour.
Good luck

My rule of thumb is this. If I do not know how to price something I pass on the job. Nothing spells disaster like being rewarded a job that you have no expereince performing. I know you may say you do have experience cleaning roofs, but if you do then it should be pretty straight forward. Not trying to be cruel. Just trying to save you some headaches. Nothing like you trying to clean with a chem that you do not wash off well enough and the entire roof rusting due to the caustics used.

In FL we clean alot of these, this would be cleaned from a ladder with a strong housewash mix. I would charge .15 sq ft most of these clean up real easy but like others have said, the run off will be alot, and thats why I use a housewash mix.
