Hello from the amazing state of Maine. Newbe here just picked up a used Hydro Tek unit and looking to get started in the PW biz. I am finding ton's of info here and I am sure to have many questions as things progress with the company. Looking to start out PT but hoping to get to FT status within the next year or so. Thanks to all for the great threads on this site. Peace

Junker1 - I am pretty green and yeah I would like to check out a Job with you thanks for asking. I have been in the construction industry for the better part of the last 30 years so I have a pretty good idea of what it may be like but if I could hook up with you for a job or two and pick your brain that would be great. We just relocated to the area and I am in a position to start this thing slow and work my way into it. Thanks again for the offer. I will call you shortly.
 
Welcome! Love that screen name Nozzlenut. You ARE in the right place to grow you business. I was in the Heavy and Highway Industry for almost 30 yrs. and started our biz last year. Love this industry much better. Read a lot and use that search button and you'll do good here. Tons of info. If I can help give me a call.
 
Thanks Rance will do. I'm sure as this thing takes off (And it will) I will be bending a lot of ear's to get as much info as possible. I am excited and looking foreword to the new adventure. Thanks again for the support, Chris

So, how was your first year of business?
 
Never been to Maine but would love to get up there for some sight seeing. Adam when do you guys usually start getting snow?

Haha, that's a good question! November 1st or there about we had over a foot of snow which eventually melted then near the middle of November we got another foot of snow, then have had two smaller storms since. This past week it has been in the mid 30s to mid 40s and raining. Crazy start to the winter with temps from 60 down to -6. It is a beautiful state but the winter is a little tougher to wash through so we do more ice fishing!
