Most definitely it took a couple of months to get good rankings and by that time it would have been starting to slow down, will be a slow few months no doubt but whoever takes over domain will definitely be in surplus come spring/summer.

Sounds good Rob....New theme should be ready in the next week or two, which may be of interest to you. I think the new theme is much more professional and much better from a design aspect and should equate to higher conversions most importantly.
