Does anyone have an employee contract with a non-compete clause that I could check out ? If so, could you email it to me or post it here. Thanks

I have an attorney friend that deals in non competes. Just so you know, most of them are designed to intimidate those that don't understand legal concepts. According to him, their really is not much, in our type of business, you can do except to keep them from coming after any of our customers that they have serviced.
