Olives plagued by another grease fire

Remember the Texaco commercial years ago .. "you can pay me a little now, or you can pay me later" He is the absoloute norm for the restaurant industry.
Sadly the boston regs are in place becasue of shoddy KEC work and a owner that did not care and it cost 3 firefighters thier lives. Maybe if boston were to stick it to them this garbage would stop.

There's your 2 most common problems. A restaurant owner who doesn't feel he has to pay for services when he does get it done and enforcement officials who won't enforce anything!
