Are you in the Pressure Washing Business right now?
If not, I would go with some companies in other areas that do that work and work with them to see if you even like it or not.
There have been guys on the boards that bought equipment and then decided it was not for them and then were not happy when they could not get more than 60-70% of the cost of their new equipment selling it as barely used but that is how it is. Used is used.
As for the licensing, check on the state's website in the licensing section and that will show you if you are required to get one or not.
