Paver Sealer

My wife and I are building a new home. Our driveway is about 900 sq. ft. of pavers. Not a huge driveway, but I want to seal it. What is the longest lasting paver sealer, that achieves the best result out there right now? I don't deal with sealing stuff much.

I would say that Hydro-Top from Wakefield is the best one out there. Give David at Southern Stain and Seal a call at 615-604-5115 as he is the only distributor for the product. He can tell you much, much more about it. I will warn you that it is going to be more expensive but you said you wanted the best... LOL

Seal n lock is popular and used in Florida a lot. Has a 2 year residential warranty and is super easy to use even Ron could apply it. Hey now that's an idea...

There are no professional contractors around here to take care of it. At least, that is what I heard.

Honestly, I found an epoxy sealer, that also seals the sand. I am planning on epoxy in the garage. The goal is to make this house as easy to maintain as possible.

Maybe you could give it to the other Jim and double his monthly accounts. By this time next year they would be experts and could have a paver cleaning event like the industry has never seen before.

Seal & Lock works real well, but the trick is not to dilute it. If you put it on straight you will get a great seal and the sand will lock in the joints like mortar.
