It is my hope that this effort will lead to greater respect of what most of us are trying to achieve in this field.
On Monday June 16th, Philip Ackland Holdings Ltd. was audited by the International Standards Organization. We were found to be in compliance with the rules and standards and have been recommended for Registration and Certification. Our Certified Scope of Practice is below.
Now that we have passed this hurdle, I look forward to communicating with as many authorities and other interested parties as possible to encourage them to learn more about safe practices that can reduce the risk of fires in commercial kitchen exhaust systems.
I continue to reach out to all parties to share in this endeavor.

"We provide educational training and/or certification services to the commercial kitchen exhaust industry. To be Phil Ackland Certified TM demonstrates to the Authority Having Jurisdiction (e.g. Fire Department, Health Inspector, Insurance Company, etc.) that a fire inspector, investigator or cleaner of commercial kitchen exhaust systems recognizes an obligation to the public to perform services in a safe and responsible manner.
