Pool Cleaning

I have a prospective client looking to have a concrete in ground pool cleaned at a condo complex.

Right now its filled with water and there are stains & discoloration all around the drains at the bottom of pool

The pool has a textured painted finish which is common

My question is will a bleach cleaning solution mess with the finish if i hit it with low pressure??

Any feedback will be appreciated

doubt bleach would do it because the chlorine in the water should take care of it. More than likely you would need to use a product like F9 to remove the stains.
