Possible good news today

I started working with a large HVAC company doing sub filter work for them a little over year ago with three test buildings for one of the largest PM's in the state. The video below is one of their buildings, but the other two have our cleanable electrostatics in them.

Today, as is my usual custom, I stopped in to the HVAC GM to irritate him again and let him know how bad I want more buildings.

He told me it was interesting I should stop in today because he just got an email from the PM wanting to know why we don't do all their properties!!

The PM wrote that she likes us, likes our style and professionalism and they've had zero problems since we took over the three buildings we service.

The GM for the HVAC company told me that he can't just break off everything at once with the company they've been using for 12 years, but he will begin working on it right away.

He said he had never gotten a positive letter from any client about the other filter company.

This PM has over 200 properties. If I could get only half the rooftop work it would mean only 11 more hours per week of work and would put me completely over this hump I am sitting at.

Very good news!

Good job, Tony!

Two hackneyed, cliched sayings that are absolute truths-

"Persistence beats resistance."
"You don't fail until you quit trying."

Way to keep following up until you got your shot.
Kudos.

Glad to hear you may pick up more and the best part, it is because of the work you do and that allways makes you feel good, along with a little more cash :D

Doing business the right way pays off in the end.
