Pre-heating idea

From what I'm reading most machines have an inlet temp of at least 140 so why can't you just hook up one of those instant water heaters between the tank and the rig to Pre-heat the water?

Some people do that and some in KEC just hook up to the hot water. You might want to upgrade to higher temp seals in the pump just to be safe. Also, be careful if your bypass at the unloader goes back to the pump.

This has been talked about before but there is not enough demand for the vendors to pursue making these heat exchangers.

Maybe if a lot of contractors out there wanted them then it is possible that some companies would make them.

There are heat exchangers in the carpet cleaning industry but those are small machines, like 2 to 3 gallons per minute and a lot less pressure.

It is a great idea, and of course, the big dog ran with the bone,...... "Landa",

Pre heat maybe next on the "green card" for the other big pw manufacturers.

Landa is in front........... down fired boilers, super efficient 300 ft 3/4" coils, dual heaters

lol Clear Shine, I think it was only 300, but that only part of his technique
