I agree with what Chris is saying. $30 driveways and $50 house washes are pretty common in some parts of Florida. I have seen house washes as low as $35. There used to be a guy in my service area that rode around with a big sign on his rig that said HOUSE WASH $39. Once I saw that people were actually making money washing roofs, I bought a roof setup. Best business decision I ever made. I hope the value stays high.
