Pressure washing per sqft price

I have asked about gum and they are just not interested in the extra cost. As far as reclamation, they are not requiring reclamation in foot traffic areas. Thanks fellas

Ron I would like to see your tier proposals as well sir.

I would've told them gum removal is standard and figured it in the bid.
No way I would clean concrete and leave gum behind. That's like grilling a steak with no seasoning lol.
Plus if their doing it on a regular basis there wouldn't be much gum to remove anyway. As opposed to leaving it and watching it accumulate.

That's just how I would've presented it to them.

I'm with Guy - they probably need it spruced up and won't plan on doing it again for a while.

Great info Shane!

No problem Guy I figured it might help with ballpark pricing at least. I know there are lots of factors that go into pricing or what % of profit everybody needs to make to be profitable?
