Hi i have been doing mostly residential work and i was just asked to bid on a street and sidewalks. This is the entrance of a big neighborhood, they want me to clean the main road and sidewalks and around the guard house. The road and sidewalk is all paver stones. The sidewalks alone are 19,500 sq ft. Plus the road Job totals around 200,000 sqft How should i price a job this big?

There are alot of things to think about when pricing a job like this Tom.

Is there water accessible nearby?
Do they want oil stains, ect removed?
Are you going to use any chemicals to clean them with?
Do you have hot water or just cold water?
Do you need to recover the waste water?
Are you responsible if too much sand get blown out of the cracks of the pavers to resand them?

Keep in mind, paver jobs can be a pain in the side, it's not like cleaning regular concrete. I personally would price it at around $.10 to $.14 a square foot. Keep in mind though that I'm in Southern California and you're in Florida where you have alot more competition that I do also.

Hope this helps at least a little.
