Pulling water from a 100/gal tank

I would like to have the ability to pull from buffer tank to my washer. I seem to be a bit over whelmed on the steps I need to take. I know your supply house instead of coming from the spigot will be coming from your buffer tank. I also know your unloader will have to be rigged differently? Beyond that i am confused as ever.. Also my buffer tank will have to be plumbed, right? I already have a siphon with a filter screen attached to it but will need another fitting in the tank to complete the cycle?

Okay that's good. You just need to add a bulkhead fitting to the buffer tank and use a 1 inch heater hose to transfer water to the pump. Undo your bypass hose from the loop and route it back to the top of your tank with a 3/8 hose and a 90 elbow on top of your tank with a 3/8 bulkhead fitting on top.

You will also need to remove the hose barb from the intake side of your bypass loop on your unloader and plug it. That's about all. Not sure what you were taking a a siphon for. You want to feed your pump from the bottom of the tank.

I would reccomend using hose for all plumbing it needs to be stout hose so it won't collapse. Also many smartly reccomend a tee fitting in the supply side with ball valves so you can cut off the buffer tank and feed it direct from a hydrant for troubleshooting.
Things can shift on the trailer and bust pvc.

David, I'll get you a diagram for plumbing to the tank. It's really easy. Call me when you get ready to hook it up, and we'll get you through it.

Found it. thanks
