I could keep going but I think I made my point. All of these sites are less than 6 months old or so. Also, all of the above people pay me $0.00 per month. Because all of these SEO techniques are On-Page SEO. As opposed to Off-Page SEO. Nothing against Off Page SEO, it is necessary. And it is helpful and beneficial and I do also offer Off Page SEO. But probably only Vince and Jason can comment on the return for something like this, because their sites have been live the longest. But I am assuming there are others that would like to know.

As the great Graphic Designer on this board known as Red said: "Whose Next?" haha

Thanks Jason. Did not mean to put you on the spot. I just thought you might have seen an increase in calls from this great placement. Then I realized that you have just seen snow the entire time!! HAHA

I am very pleasd with Ty's work and my site. Red is currently working on new cards and hopefully post cards soon.

On-Page SEO is the SEO involved in the development of the site... There is more than just one thing and honestly I don't want to give away all the ingredients to my secret sauce. :) But it is basically the way the developer codes the site. Everything that is done while developing the site is On-Page SEO. 75% of web developers, I have noticed, neglect IMPORTANT On-Page SEO steps.

This is an example of some On Page SEO Steps:
  • Always start with keyword selection, research and testing
  • Meta Description tag
  • ALT tags
  • H1 tags
  • URL structure
  • Internal linking strategy
  • Content
  • Keyword density
  • Site maps, both XML and user facing
  • Usability and accessibility
  • Track target keywords
  • Expect results in 6-12 months

Off-Page SEO is things you do to draw traffic to your site so Google and search engines think your site is relavant. Like backlinks, blogging, social media, pay per click, etc...

Honestly, you need both to maintain your ranking. But if you start your site without On-Page SEO then all the Off Page SEO in the world will not stop a site with good On-Page SEO from taking your spot.

No problem Ty. In another 2-3 weeks, that phone will be ringing for sure. When I look at my original site compared to the one you did, I just shake my head. I will keep everyone posted on how the "instant quote page" works out.

I'm not the savante Ty is but i'll give this a go. On-site SEO is everything On page/is the websites code that helps the site rank higher. This includes the lack of errors in coding, the keywords used, the proper titles/descriptions/headings, load time. Basically everything that is done WHILE the site is being built nad is inherent in the sites code. These things don't change and generally don't need to be changed (if its not broke don't fix it)

Off site SEO
This is what is done by those firms who want a monthly fee to "keep giving you seo". It mostly consists of making quality links around the web make to your site. The more links (backlinks to your site) you have from other quality sites the more google thinks of your site. Google sees backlinks as "votes" for your site.

Just a heads up too to those who don't have websites and are waiting till the busy season to get ahold of TY, Domain Age (length of time your website has existed) is something google considers when ranking your website. So act now, each day you wait your competitors are benefiting from!

My sight is not that old but because of Ty's on site SEO, I'm ranking first on bing, and yahoo, and coming up fast on google. I highly recommend Ty, And I have received more calls off this website in 1 month then I did all last year with my pervious site! Thanks

Matt, sorry I left you out, your site was not ranking on Google just yet because it needs more time so I didnt put you up yet, but it will creep up there! I know it.

It is doing great on Bing and Yahoo already though:
