Ron do you know of the going rate for the post truck now a days I need to bid on some soon and I have no clue what to start my bid at thanks

I started doing fleets and I'm so far out of touch. I though someone else might give a better answer.
 
18 years ago they were 3.50 for a jeep. I would imagine that they are approaching 7 a piece, now.
 
What we've found is that the postal service has a "suggested retail washing price". In some locations they are firm on that price, while other areas they are willing to be a little more flexible. Either price that Scott has suggested or somewhere in between could be the right one. Quite likely they are willing to tell you what they were hoping to pay. Just ask and see if it suits you, or offer to do it for more. It really comes down your competition and the amount of hassle for them. Sorry I couldn't help you out more!
