This is a reclaimation unit, Rob Is buying anothers unit to move into inviromental contracting.

Hes a really nice guy located in Atlanta area.

I wish him success for 2007.

I saw it, Don't know why someone needs a vactor though.

It is just an industrial vacuum. It does develop a lot more vacuum than what you typically think of as a vacumm. They are often used to clean things like storm drains, etc. This one is a bit unusual because of the angle it is at. Don't know why that would be. They are also used as vacuums for porta johns, and and septic tanks. This one also looks like it has a secondary enclosure. Kind of curious.

Specifications to our new environmental cleaning machines

Ron
Thanks for those kind words.
This is our story, short and sweet.

I got together with a designer with 10+ patents and told him that the
basic unit he currently makes for Hydro-Vacuum Excavating, has the
potential for the making of an awesome pressure washer, with an angle on
the environmental segment as a market needing a machine. This is to enable
anyone who is serious about staying in this business in the future to
operate with the CWA (Clean Water Act). We now have a machine that fills
that need, and it is a user friendly outlay at a reasonable investment
when compared to others. We call the machine a Clean and Recovery Incline
Vac. The thumbnail picture (the one that Ron used) is of the yellow 2 wheel
trailer and is the original Incline-Vac that the designer used as a demo
unit for Vacuum-Excavation, Utility Valve & hydrant service as well as
Surface Cleaning with solids liquid separation, liquid recycling &
Hydrocarbon recovery.
On our new task oriented Clean & Recovery Surface Cleaner we don't have
the hydrant/Hydro-vac powered boom arm as pictured on the yellow trailer.

I have attached some recent pictures of the original Incline-Vac. Our new
Clean & Recovery Incline-Vac Surface Cleaner unit will be on the market in
mid January. We will post some pictures of it soon. This Patent protected
Design & Process will accommodate a wide variety of surface cleaners with
Vacuum recovery. An example of units used with the Incline-Vac Surface
Cleaner is the use of a Vacuboom /Steel Eagle type surface cleaning
attachments to recover wash water. We will be offering our own improved
surface cleaner with Vacuum & up to 10 GPM of water & 3,600 psi.

A few of the features we will have on our new unit are:
Dual axle trailer
2 - 38hp Kohler engines
2 - 5 GPM 3,600 psi pumps- Providing 5 & 10GPM output
Recovered water is filtered and passes through screens and hydrocarbon
filters before being pumped out/recycled.
A 16”Hg Vacuum unit rated at 500 cfm.
A 3500 Watt, 120 volt generator for operating tools & lights.
A 25 CFM Air compressor to drive an 80psi 20 GPM diaphragm trash pump
A 150 Gal Vacuum Tank for debris & dirty water - with a powered rear door
opening to gain access for cleaning.
A 200 Gal. clean water tank
3 electric water hose reels (2 @ 200's and 1 @ 300') for fill hose/
decant water and ½” 4,000psi pressure hose.
A 250' hose reel for 2” Vacuum hose
A 180 Deg. Water heater @ 10gpm
Hydrant hook up to fill the 200gal water reservoirs
High and low level water cut off switches.
Antifreeze system
2 - 5 gal plastic chemical holders.
PH/temp tank indicators.
Instrument panel.

Easy to run/use for the people that are going to do the work.

The Incline-Vac surface cleaner will enable you to do the following to
expand your possibilities.
Pressure Clean and Recover
Environmental cleaning
Clear Drain blockages with the Jetter
Extract water/mud /sludge from valve boxes/ car wash pits and even oil trap
cleaning/sewage removal.
To name but a few.

These are just some of the features we have. We will be launching the
machine in mid Jan.
We will have a skid mounted version in the near future to make compliance even more affordable.

Thanks Rus - we have tried to make the perfect industrial machine to help users comply with the strict laws that are in place not to hinder PW's but to protect the environment. I don't for a moment believe we (professionals) are solely responsible for the state of the environment but pressure cleaning has been identified as a factor and without educating the consumers things won't get better. In fact I look at things this way - I can clean two or three times more per hour with recovery and it completely eliminates the lo-ballers as they cannot comply.
Thanks for your interest.
Rob

That is a strong vacuum, you could run several surface cleaners at the same time but I dont know if it will pump out automatically or if you have to shut down for it to pump out.

I don't know if it has a kill switch if the tank gets full so you have to shut down to pump it out, I have seen it in person a couple times but I don't remember if it will do the auto-pumpout while working.
