I went today to look at a house for a Roof cleaning and house wash estimate. I was wondering if anyone gives a price break when doing both a house wash and a roof cleaning. I was thinking $550 on house and $650 on the roof. I'm also going to try and upsell a deck and porch strip and seal on 780sq/ft. I kinda feel like im off on my prices.
