Roof Cleaning need help

What style roof is it? Is the roof complex or simple?

Is it the black roof fungus or just dirt?

Asphalt shingle or clay/concrete tile?
 
I haven't talked to Jill about this roof, but you can bet there is no algae on it here. It has to be just dirt or some sort of staining.

The only place you will ever find algae here is inside an evaporative cooler (swamp cooler).

For you guys down south that's a type of air conditioner that runs on water and only works in humidity levels less than 25%. They are amazing. The one in our office will put out 65 degree air on a day when it's 106 outside with the right media in it.

I was thinking the same thing Tony, way too hot over there all the time unless there was something providing a lot of shade to that side of the roof, like maybe a skyscraper or something.
 
Depends on capabilities. .equipment. .experience. .and personnel. .our crew..one applicator and one ground man on average spray 2500ft2 in an hour. ..some go less some go more. .definitely dont want to rush on a roof...we walk most of ours...safely....so that speeds things up tremendously. .come to Florida. .ill leat you spray a roof ;-)

Next time I'm in FL Im gonna take you up on that offer. And thank you for sharing some information I appreciate it.
