Roof Cleaning Question

I was having a conversation today with a gentleman who has a system for his business that makes electrified water. He said it is 20x's strong than bleach but completely safe for plants and skin. I am still quite new to this and I tried to research it and found some great information on the uses of it commercially http://www.nbcnews.com/id/43330109/...ater-lets-cleaners-ditch-bleach/#.UYLVpKLh0fU

I have searched on some of the forums and cant seem to find anyone ever talking about this. Before I try it out I figure I would dive into the experts here and fill me in. I don't see this being a good use for roof cleaning because from my reading of it, it needs to be "electrified" then used shortly thereafter or it will lose its strength. The system he has cost $20,000 not very ideal to mount on a trailer! But before I can have a sound judgement I am seeking more information and knowledge.

Thanks

Jason

Similar technology came out 2 or 3 years ago, spray bottles, floor cleaners, etc.....

I have not seen or heard of any company jumping on that bandwagon yet.

Maybe when the process gets more affordable more companies will try it out.......if it really works in the real world.
