Selling multi stores or properties

I just got a business card of a VP that runs 60 plus units. How would you go about getting his business? Phone Call, Email , Fax, try for a appointment, Walk in ........ Would you send a price list?
I know Ron you would do all of the above....What would be the first step? two and three.....

Cold call, just show up, with donuts if he has an office staff, if that doesn't get you in immediatley, then follow up with letter on your letterhead same day via snail mail. Then email, and show up again. JUst keep working it and don't give up.

Find out more about him, everyone uses donuts. I know Lou will think of something else.

This time of year holiday spirit works....?

I would find out some personal info about the guy.

Cold call might be good and also can result in a KILL!!!

I would Call and get the info from assistant or Gate keeper. (first) amazing what you might learn.

Donuts worked a couple a weeks ago......I am waiting on the go head on 800 units because of Donuts. Cold Calling works too...just got the ok on good job that just happened to come from cold calling. Still working on diffferent angles to get in with the right people......

I didnt say Donuts wouldnt work, I just think you can be more creative. Women love donuts but they are all on a Diet.

Bagels are a great alternative, plain Bagels are great with assortment or spreads for the Fat Chicks. Get some everything ones also...

I stay clear of Donuts.....

We have a open Door strategy that is working well, we just increased email reading and opening to 98%...

Some here will tell me that I'm full of it.

I wish I could Share and in time I will post the entire program.

Ron you are right about donuts.....I passed out 10 dozen that day and one firm would not accept them because the owner didn't want them in the office. Bagels are good too......and coffee mugs.

I used to use these cool mugs with Grafitti on them. I may still get some of those for Xmas...LOL
