SoftWash Systems first class

April 1st and 2nd 2011 was the Delux Cleaning Supply roundtable event in Fort Worth, Texas. The week afterwards I taught the first ever SoftWash Systems Training Class.

The SoftWash Systems Training Class covers the SoftWash business from the training of cleaning with a SoftWash perspective, how to market SoftWash services and how to safely and effectively run a SoftWash business.
While in the class students can bring their trucks to Delux Cleaning Supply and have them completely equipped and ready to spray with a new SoftWash System. One of the students last session took advantage of this opportunity.

On the last day of the 5 day class students were trained from the truck that was rigged by Delux during the class. The excited new owner of the SoftWash System was trained that day from his new truck and system and went home ready to spray and immediately make money.

This was our first class and we learned allot from it. Running through the class worked some bugs out and we have settled in on a great schedule with a great curriculum. I have posted some pix for y'all to enjoy.

Thanks,

AC

What an educational class Delux offered with the Soft Wash System. We have been wanting to get envolved with a Soft Wash type system for about three years now. After 19 years of service in the pressure washing industry I'm still learning new ways and new systems.
Yes, I could have set something up with a Florida Roof Cleaner (like low ball Larry) to help design and learn a method I could use. I met Larry a few years back at a Texas RT and I'm sure he would have helped out. I don't like the fact I have to take away from Larrys normal operation and teach and answer a ton of what if? how to? and why? questions for the next two months. (sorry larry I'm using you for a example) Its not fair to Larry and his work load to teach.

When I seen this Soft Wash System getting put together by Mike Hindlighter and AC Lockyer it was a easy decision to act on.
Not only can I get a 100% professional rig ready to make money NOW! I received five days of training on how to make it work with all the other tools it takes to run a successful Soft Wash System. Who better to teach that class than AC. Put aside all the pit falls of running a large business of people, employees, family, competition, running you down and stabbing you along the way because you are on the right path, that is stress alone to give up. Staying focused on the growth is a task all itself.

AC has got to be the best or better choice to teach a Soft Wash Class in general. I got so much more out of the 5 day class besides the Soft Wash System. We can now apply other methods, marketing, safety, D.O.T. laws, office organization, sales strategy system and much more learned to apply to our normal business operation.

The pictures above is our truck on the site of the training. You must be ready to follow AC advice on the truck prepration of set up also. We had the bed of the truck taken off and sprayed with a special Hot mix spray on bed liner on the underside of the box, frame and inside the box as well.
If you are considering this class offered by Dulex be parepared to come out with your brain on "system over load".

I will have the truck in full operation in a month by my choice. It's ready now, but I got other business at the time that needs adressed first.
I will let you all know in this years season on how we are doing with our new Soft Wash Truck.

Sincere Thank You to Dulex and AC Lockyer,

Way to go Tony. It's nice to have a rig already setup for exactly what you want to do. It has taken me 5 years of a lot of trial and error to come up with the setup I have now that seems to be about perfect for what we do.

I know what you mean Tony. I have been there done that for so many years. I figure the extra cost of about $3,000 is not worth the trial and error method. the time and production lost would have been much more than $3,000.
