Spot cleaning

Was talking to the owner of a local restaurant and he wants a monthly cleaning as well as a "Spot Cleaning" on a bi-weekly schedule. I have no problem figuring the monthly quote but have never been asked about spot cleaning. He wants soda spills and oil spots cleaned off concrete surface's but how to price this not knowing how much cleaning will be involved is what I'm not sure of. So how do you guys price out "Spot Cleaning"?

I would charge at least your minimum call out charge or if you're charging him $400 to clean the entire restaurant monthly then it would be half of that. Whichever is more.

We dont offer spot cleaning as it will stand out big time, most business owners will understand this.

Sounds like the manager is trying to save a buck. Sell him on the biweekly or just do it monthly and let him know setting up a biweekly is only a call away.

Help to know the pricing , from here we can get you the right price. Most restaurants budgets 3500 annual. Some are just under 10,000 so this large of a spread doesn't help with your problem till we know what we are dealing with.

So you know the places I spot clean have more money. Usually
