Good job on the roof cleaning Jon, that is steep!
That roofs looks like the roof I got a call to look at, an ALUMINUM roof that looks similar but made more to look like shingles. I looked at it last nite as it was dark so I will go there in a little bit to see it during the day and see how dirty it is.
I doubt there is any roof fungus on it, probably a lot of dirt, leaves and that kind of stuff.
I don't think that you can walk on the Aluminum roofs so it might be hard to wash it unless with a lift and long wand.
Anyone wash Aluminum roofs?

I was not one of the (5) I can tell you that. We would have gotten that puppy done! :happy:
I had one 2 weeks ago that had called 2 or 3 other companies on a 6000 sq and they had said NO WAY. We knocked it out in a little over 90 min. I will say one thing though. If someone makes a choice NOT to clean a roof because they don't feel comfortable doing it then they probably made the right decission. No roof cleaning is worth getting hurt on or even worse. I've walked away from a couple of 3 story roofs that were too steep.

Would have done it ask from a ladder but couldn't cause the lower story was out just far enough so we couldn't get the ladder close. I am glad went and looked at it for the estimate. I would have definitely under priced it if I had gone just by sq ft pricing

I have trained many a roof cleaner over the years, but you can't overcome fear.
I have seen the toughest of Men shake like a milkshake when high in the air.
There are many pretenders in the roof cleaning business these days, that would have walked away from this roof.
However, for the fellow roof cleaning professionals here, that would not have been the case.
