Heres a smaller tile roof we did In Nassau Bay, TX. It was 3 stories, and 2500 sqft. When we got to the house and started setting up the neighbor came out and asked what we were doing. We told him we were cleaning the tile roof. He said, its not tile, its metal....
It looked like tile, but it was a metal underlay, and a rubber/granule type covering. Cleaned up almost as easily as tile, but just took an extra coat. Turned out real nice, and we've gotten 3 more jobs from it. 2 big jobs, and 1 just like this one.
