We have actually done a bunch of commercial flat work cleaning for a few shopping centers but most all of them have been here in Pinellas County not in Tampa. Any of the bigger ones that need us to provide our own water or require hot water pressure washing to remove gum etc...I normally pass on to Kory. He is much more eqipted to handle bigger commercial jobs than we are. We mainly stick with residential jobs and HOA. Community Cleanings as well as a few Hotel chains in the area. Networking with someone you trust is definitely the way to go.
