UNLOADER problem or something else...?

I was washing some residential property today and my PW didn't perform well. It's losing a pressure after couple of seconds.I changed 3 nozzles to make sure they are not clogged and causing back pressure. When I turned off my machine , the pressure gauge still showing 3200 Psi even when PW is completely shut down.It looks like the pressure is trapped somewhere...
Any idea what's wrong and what/how to check? Thanks...
P.S. If it's matter it is Hydrotek SC30008 hot water skid...

Did you pull the trigger after shut down to relieve the pressure? Where is your gauge mounted? Is the inlet strainer clean?

Yes , I released the pressure after turning my machine off...I started it 2-3 times more after changing the tips and even tried with the gun only but it's dropping the pressure after 3-4 seconds...The gauge (back mount) is mounted on the unloader (green)...I will check the filter and inlet tomorrow....It's dark now...
Thank you Russ !!!
