Subject: Vehicle Wash Award - Delay for 22 states
This is notification that at this time evaluations for vehicle wash bids received through CombineNet for the following 22 states have been put on hold:
Louisiana Oklahoma Alabama Vermont South Carolina Kansas Utah Washington DC Nebraska Arkansas Mississippi Rhode Island Hawaii West Virginia Delaware Idaho Maine Montana Alaska South Dakota North Dakota Wyoming
This is due to the longer than expected timeframe required to complete the state evaluations, and the need to proceed with those states that show the most opportunity and need for award. Our buyers will proceed with vehicle wash agreement renewals and solicitations when requested within these 22 states using the new Statement of Objectives, and will consider CombineNet offers already received for individual locations. Please note the Postal Service has not removed these 22 states from consideration for future awards resulting from this national initiative, but the anticipated on hold period could last up to six months or more. We will continue to keep you informed of any evaluation results completed in the states where you bid, thank you.
