Vacuum System with a pump @ 40 GPM

Looking for a vacuum system that can pump sudsy Grey Water. Specs need to pump 40 GPM at the end of a 300 ft by 1.5 inch Fire hose at 15 ft of head. Vac. Specs at least 800 CFM. Power needs to be under 7,000 watts. 4,500 watts preferred or ran by diesel.

Take two sirocco systems then you have more flexibility down the road. Otherwise I bet Jerry could build it.
