Wal-Mart and Sam's Club Policy

I was at Sam's Club today and talked with the new Club Manager and we discussed cleaning the concrete pad with the gas pumps and the front entrance.

According to their new policy, NO Pressure Washing without Reclaim, haul off water to be disposed of properly and that means gum also.

This does not make any sense about the gum, I told him that most of the water will evaporate before it reaches the dry well.

I talked to him about the dry wells and he was going to look into it further but already has a bid by Fleetwash. He told me that as long as it is thier policy, he has to follow it. I did not know that they are in Texas yet.

I guess if I wanted it bad enough, I could setup a reclaim out by the dry well and recover that little bit that makes it out that far (around 300' or so)? hahaha

Fleetwash

I would figure that it would pretty difficult to make any money if Fleetwash has already moved in. WalMart and Sams are all about low prices. So is fleetwash. Unless they want true quality work and are willing to pay for it, fleetwash will more than likely be able to offer a lower price (and quality) than you will be able to.

Penske bought fleetwash last year I think it was. I dont know why Penske would want to darken their name by doing crappy work like fleetwash does. I guess it saved them Millions of dollars when they bought them though.

I spoke with a friend of ours that is a manager here and asked how good their service was now that corporate had taken over and he was not happy at all, he said they were told the current vendor would be replaced soon, I looked at the proprty and it was in terrible shape, the other one in Millbrook had damage (its only a year old) and the tile had surface cleaner damage, the ones in Montgomery were striped and the cream was damaged, now that being said I am not intrested in Wal Mart at this time I was just being nosey.

almost every Wal Mart I have seen has some damage!!! Mostly surface cleaner damage. Trying to re clean or fix these mistakes is almost impossible...I hate trying to fix others mistakes (F ups)...then they look at you like whats the problem ( its only pressure washing) oh yea I forgot about damage with the 0 degree tip...looks like etch a sketch
