Hey guys , I need some help...
I'm doing a quote for PM for some warehouse buildings (4 bldgs.)right on the border with MX.They want PW only,pretty much only siding rinsing only (no stains removal etc..).I'm meeting with them tomorrow and should have a quote ready.There is a chance that I can get interiors,sidewalks and loading docs, too.
Here is the specs for all 4 buildings :
1. 258,000 GLA
2. 112,000 GLA
3. 110,000 GLA
4. 56,000 GLA
The buildings are 2 story (30-32' high).How would you price them and what do you think how long will take me to do them (2 guys /2 machines hot water 8GPM)...
Any input is appreciate...
