Water Fed Pole Attachment for low pressure sprayer

I'm cleaning some grain silos in a couple weeks and would like to attach a spray nozzle for my 12v roof sprayer to the end of my water fed pole. I saw this set up demoed at the Midwest Cleaning Conference last year but can't remember who sold it. I'd also consider fabricating one so anybody who's done that could help me out. I can go with either Euro or Acme threads, and would probably prefer garden hose threads for the liquid hook up.
