Or should I say my lead guy did!

I wouldve helped but I was laying on the ground in pain.

We drove 3 hours Tuesday night for Wednesdays Church roof cleaning job to beat some of this heat. And we left our 3rd guy behind because of a conflict.

So anyways... During the day Tuesday I turned wrong and strained my back but nothing serious... or so it seemed. Wednesday I went to put my pants on and all hell broke loose! Then when we got to the job I still intended to work and It took me an hour to make it back into the truck!

IT WAS ONE LONG DAY! I watched my lead guy, the guy I hired a few months ago to run our truck on the resi jobs, roll out, clean the roof, water, wash the building and roll up. He did a great job and really pulled all of the weight. Definatly the highlight of the day.

Me, I was writhing in pain and still couldnt walk, sit, lay when I made it home!

Today is better. A steroid shot and muscle relaxers brought it back down to the feeling of a normal back strain!

I would post pictures but the camera is in my truck and I really dont feel like walking out there.

Dang dude your getting old. Thats what us geezers do when we cough or pick up a coffee cup wrong.........lol

I feel you pain Chris....if it weren't for a great chiropractor I wouldn't be able to walk 6 months out of the year.As A.C said it's the little things that get you when you leaste expect them.
I have had Achilles tendonosis for a couple of years, but in the last month the pain has been just about unbearable. It has taken me almost a month to find what got me hurting so much more than usual.Turn out it's the new balance tennis shoes I have been wearing to workout in.
Ice twice a day and ibuprophen have got me walking with less pain, but it still feels like someone has hammered a nail into the back of my heel.

Get better soon

Yeah I'm good for at least one trip a year to the doc for my back.I usually walk in and tell him it's my back and he just writes the scipt for muscle relaxers and pain meds and I'm on my way(slowly, kinda crab walking along the walls).I have learned DO NOT EVER try to pick up a 15 gal bleach drum anymore.

Two pinched nerves, a buldging disc and one herniated disc in my lower back. I could tell you some stories. Ask me about the time I had to be carried down a flight of stairs by the fire dept and taken to the hospital just from bending over to slide a shelf into a credenza. Not fun!!!

Eat cherries and I do not mean the ones soaked in sugar and kept in a jar. The dark cherries are best for relieving inflammation. I had a knee with some problems recently and actually felt a difference after the first hour of eating them. I have it in my diet every day now.

Good advice Jimmy. You can also dink pure undiluted unsweetened cherry juice. It'll work quicker. Cherrys are great for reducing uric acid.
