The second two are AFTERS! What is this at the door. I did this this morning and went back this afternoon and there was a woman sitting out on her break who said, "really needs some good pressure washing doesnt it".

I have never seen anyone else posting pictures like this but I have had trouble cleaning right in front of restaurant doors several times. What does everyone else know that I dont?

Do you know any history of cleaning before you? Frequency? Products used?

Looks like you a) did not use a strong enough degreaser b) did not use hot water or c) the concrete could just be worn. But my guess Is a or b

Dont know details about cleaning history but I didnt take this from anybody. He said something about his plumber doing it on occasion.

Its a similar story on the front door. I did hit it with degreaser and heat and it didnt seem to make a difference. But I will try again just to make sure.

Can you explain the idea of worn concrete? Why would that change the color?

Surface cleaned yesterday. I actually wasnt at that spot so not sure if it was wanded any. When I went back this morning I wet the area then poured on some EBC straight and scrubbed, went to do the same in the front, came back and put some more EBC then wanted with a size 3 25 degree tip so I could get as much heat as possible.

Which corner? My shadow is on the right edge.
Edit, nevermind I see now. the area in question was wanded this morning though.
Under your shadow by the brickwork. You can see where the SC has cut the corner. Personally I would have cut in all of the edges first with the rotary nozzle and then run the SC over it Looks like old concrete with all the cream gone off it and the aggregate exposed. It will never be new again don't matter how much product, pressure or hot water you put on it.

yea I was gonna ask if this was an applebee's

Applebee's have money? We have been called numerous times over the years and they never have enough money in the budget to even justify a one time clean. Not sure if it is just the local stores, but after they told me what they can pay and for the frequency, I told them that I could refer a few other companies that might be interested, because it wasn't going to be All American Pressure Cleaning!

They average 275.00 monthly , take about 1:15 to 1:30 hours to clean. I'll keep all my Applebee's.

We don't service them all but around 11.

New operator just bought them out of Houston

Feb Event Houston free free text me for more details !!
