WHAT ARE THE ISSUES FOR EPA Requirments for your county or State. How they differ?

In looking at threads from some of us across the nation, I see different methods of achieving the same results. However some of those methods are not allowed in every state or even ever county. Tell me about your experiences when it comes to cleaning Sidewalks, Drive thru's, Dumpsters or Garages. What do you have to do? Can you let " Grey Water Run Off " go to the landscape?. Do they measure how much water you used in your washer and expect you to capture 80% or more to make your permit requirements? Any annual testing of your equipment? Any Lab test of before during and after discharge/ filtering?

I have NEVER seen a flatworker capture their wash water in my area...NEVER.

Watched a Gas Station last Night get cleaned and they just washed it right out into the street and gutters, it seems the gas stations around here don't want to pay more then a penny for work and so they get what they get. This is not the first or last time I will see these places washing the oil down the street either.

Who did you use ?
