we were hired to do the walkways but I took pics of the grease running down the walls to show to the property manager.

Beautiful line on the wall where cleaning stopped. That should burn the retina of your property manager! Do you know anything about the exhaust system? It might need some grease containment if they won't clean it properly!

If they run low on grease for the fryer they can just scrape it off of the wall. Think of the money they are saving.

It appears the amount of grease that came out the roof drain deteriorated the concrete.

They most surely need something on the roof. YIKES!
