ww swivel

Scott, ask Chris if he has the part you need. I bet he's got one brand new in the box under his bed. Hahaha!

Actually..........

Not under the bed but on a shelf. hahahahahahaha funny but true!

I like to have a spare as it is a week out for anything ordered online or on the phone as I am in the "Twilight Zone" of shipping company deliveries. hahahahaha

Hahaha! That is hilarious. I told the story about the pump you brought me that was still in the box that you found under Your bed. Its in a thread on here. It was just the other day.

If I remember correctly, the cartridge (new bearings and shaft all together) is about $160.00

At first I did not like that idea but when you think about it, I was paying about $40 for the bearings and about $40 for the seals and then shipping to the repair facility, shipping back and then paying for the rebuild, about $50 more or less, it comes out to be almost the same thing now.

One of the good things is that it takes less than 10 minutes for someone to change out the cartridge with a couple of basic tools so it can be changed out in the field.

Whisper wash said that they are no longer making the old style swivels but they will keep on making the bearings, seals and shafts for them which is nice of them.

I was also told that the new style of swivel is made to handle more pressure and heat which is a good thing.
