I haven’t been selling at all this week. I suppose that things may resume next week. Have others been selling and what has been the response. I have been answering calls surprisingly folks have been calling.

No I find it hard to go out asking for business this week and I had just started getting my butt out more too.
This is not the time for that, I feel that doing that would show we don't care about what is happening but only care about me, myself and I.
Comes a bit close to home here as we have relatives in NY and as of today still no word from them. I do not know where in NY they live and work and don't expect to hear from them till things settle down some.
I just hope they are ok.

I had two owners,one has 5 rigs and the other 4 rigs on the road call me Wednesday night and said they pulled all off the road b/c they couldn't afford to run at the cost of fuel in different places.Their trucks where in the DC area when everything sorta went scary he said.He said he knew several guys that where pulling off the road right now,so I guess its going to hurt my bussiness,how much I don't know.Some of the farmers are having a little trouble getting fuel and they are in the feilds at full speed trying to get their crops out.
It'll hurt alot of different bussiness as to people not sending rightnow,,,,heck alot of them went and drawed money out of the banks,that shows me they are going to hold on to it for awhile.I'm like most of you hope it doesn't last long or I'll be looking for chicken houses to clean

I certainly glad too see the mail moving. Just wondering myself how many customers will use this as a reason not to pay. That thing about trying to hang on to as much money as they can is true.
Most deck guys get the money up front or when the jobs are completed. Flat workers and fleet people usually wait for checks in the mail. I just hope mail keeps flowing and the economy keeps growing.
I'll clean chicken houses if i need too. i guess in my case its dairys.
